    What are the advantages of the air-atomizing induction-charging nozzle?

    A

    The heart of the air-assisted electrostatic sprayer is our patented air-atomizing induction-charging nozzle.
    Air and liquid enter the rear of the nozzle separately. The air moves through the nozzle under pressure and meets the liquid at the nozzle tip, causing the formation of spray droplets that are small in diameter evenly. At the tip of the nozzle is a tiny electrode which applies an electrical charge to the spray. The charged droplets then break into small ones by overcoming the surface tension. Meanwhile the electrical charging causes a natural force of attraction between the spray droplets and target surface. The charge on the droplets, though small, pulls the spray towards the target at 75 times the force of gravity. The spray droplets can reverse direction, moving against gravity, to coat all sides of an object.

    If a device is to be applied in different conditions using different disinfectant, should it be cleaned before each usage?

    A

    The device is resistant to acid and alkali. When different solution is used, it is recommended to flush the device with clean water for 1~2 minutes to eliminate the residue.

    Compared with the traditional sprayer, what are the features of the electrostatic sprayer?

    A

    Our sprayer is categorized as the fifth generation, whose predecessors are manual sprayer, electrical sprayer, ultra-low volume sprayer and contact electrostatic sprayer.

    The electrostatic sprayer features the following
    1)Droplets of high adhesive ability because of electrostatic effect
    2)Not necessary to spray from different angles thanks to 360° electrostatic wrapping, improving efficiency

    Different from the conventional sprayer, Jereh electrostatic sprayer adopts  the exclusive air-atomizing induction-charging nozzle which combines air atomization and induction charge to deliver higher competitiveness.

    High pressure air flow breaks solution into small and fine droplets and realizes the first atomization.  The droplets move through the nozzle under pressure and are electrically charged by a tiny electrode at the tip of the nozzle. The charged droplets are then break again into smaller droplets of 40μm diameter by overcoming the surface tension.
    Droplets can cover the target surface more evenly, enabling better disinfection effect by saving more than 50% solutions. Meanwhile, there is no need of additional wiping to effectively prevent secondary contamination.

    Could Jereh electrostatic sprayer used on books directly?

    A

    Though Jereh electrostatic sprayer generates small droplets which won’t cause  ponding water, it is not recommended to directly spray books and other items that easily get moistened. It can be used in library public area.

    Would the charged droplets reverse back to the tank due to the induced electric field at the nozzle?

    A

    The solution is air atomized first and then electrostatic charged, in which method the droplets will not flow back to the tank.
